101.29. Once the inspection or investigation has been concluded, the Minister may take any measure provided for in this Act that the Minister considers appropriate against the permit holder or home educational childcare coordinating office.
If the Minister considers it appropriate, the Minister may inform the person who made the disclosure of any follow-up given to the disclosure.
