4. The syndicate shall be called “The .............. Stock-breeding Syndicate”, inserting therein the title its founders may select.

4. The syndicate shall be called “The .............. Stock-breeding Syndicate”, inserting therein the title its founders may select, provided that, on the whole, its name cannot be confounded with that of any other existing society.
