46. This division applies to every contract between an artist and a presenter which has a work of the artist as its object.
It also applies to every contract, where the object of such contract is the publication of a book, between a presenter and a person who is not contemplated by Chapters I and II.

46. The secretary and the other employees of the Commission are appointed in the manner and according to the staffing requirements determined by the Commission.
Subject to the provisions of a collective agreement, the Commission shall determine, by by-law, the standards and scales of remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of its personnel in accordance with the conditions defined by the Government.

46. The secretary and the other employees of the Commission are appointed in the manner and according to the staffing requirements determined by the Commission.
The standards and scales of remuneration and the other conditions of employment of the secretary and the other employees of the Commission shall also be determined by the Commission.
The staffing plan, the standards and scales of remuneration and the conditions of employment shall be submitted for approval to the Government, and take effect on their date of approval.
