10. Recognition shall be granted by the Tribunal, to only one association or one group in each of the following fields:
(1)  visual arts;
(2)  arts and crafts;
(3)  literature.

(1)  visual arts;
(2)  arts and crafts;
(3)  literature.

10. Recognition shall be granted by the Commission de reconnaissance des associations d’artistes et des associations de producteurs, established by section 43 of the Act respecting the professional status and conditions of engagement of performing, recording and film artists (chapter S-32.1), to only one association or one group in each of the following fields:
(1)  visual arts;
(2)  arts and crafts;
(3)  literature.
