25. If the name of a corporation is contrary to section 16, any interested person may, upon payment of the fee set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1), request that the enterprise registrar order the corporation to replace or change its name.

Before making a decision, the enterprise registrar must, in accordance with section 5 of the Act respecting administrative justice (chapter J-3), notify all the persons concerned and give them an opportunity to submit observations.
