93.1. The transit authority may amend its program of capital expenditures. Section 93, adapted as required, applies to such an amendment.

93.1. The corporation may amend its program of capital expenditures. Section 93, adapted as required, applies to such an amendment, except that the by-law shall be transmitted within thirty days of its approval by the council of two-thirds of the municipalities whose territory is subject to the jurisdiction of the corporation.
