S-30.1 - Act respecting municipal and intermunicipal transit authorities

4. A transit authority constituted under section 3 is a legal person.
Its object is the operation of a passenger transit system in its territory. The transit authority may also provide links to points outside its territory.

4. A corporation incorporated in accordance with section 3 is a corporation within the meaning of the Civil Code of Lower Canada, and has the general powers of such a corporation, as well as the special powers conferred on it by this Act.
Its object is the operation of a passenger transit system in its territory. The corporation may also provide links to points outside its territory.
