S-30.1 - Act respecting municipal and intermunicipal transit authorities

107. Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or of the regulations hereunder or any by-law, resolution or order of the transit authority is guilty of an offence and is liable,
(a)  for every offence, to a fine of not more than $100; and
(b)  for any subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $500.

107. Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or of the regulations hereunder or any by-law, resolution or order of the corporation is guilty of an offence and is liable,
(a)  for every offence, to a fine of not more than $100; and
(b)  for any subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $500.

107. Whoever contravenes any provision of this act or of the regulations hereunder or any by-law, resolution or order of the corporation is guilty of an offence and is liable, in addition to the payment of the costs:
(a)  for every offence, to a fine of not more than $100; and
(b)  for a second offence within two years, to a fine not exceeding $500.
