118. The fire investigation commissioner may compel any person to disclose anything that has been revealed to him or her by reason of his or her profession or position notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of a general law or special Act, except articles 282 to 284 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) and any provisions ensuring the confidentiality of information revealed to an advocate or minister of religion.
