Section 107
Disposition versions
107. The fire investigation commissioner may, if he or she considers it necessary, retain the services of a secretary, an interpreter and a sufficient number of peace officers to keep order during the hearing.
The persons whose services are so retained are entitled to the fees and allowances specified in the tariff established by regulation by the Government, unless they are already being remunerated in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F‐3.1.1).
