55. The operator of a guided land transport system may, in accordance with this division, subject to the safety code prescribed by regulation and with the approval of the Minister, implement in his enterprise safety rules which pertain to the subjects that may be included in the safety code.

The operator of a guided land transport system may, in accordance with this division, subject to the safety code prescribed by regulation and with the approval of the Minister, implement in his enterprise safety rules which pertain to the subjects that may be included in the safety code and, if he is the owner of a guideway, safety rules which pertain to the maintenance of the guideway.
