S-3.3 - Act to ensure safety in guided land transport

29. Every owner of a guideway shall see to it that
(1)  a signalling system is erected and maintained in accordance with the regulations at every level crossing;
(2)  every level crossing, and the crossing surface of every intersection of a guideway with a trail or path intended for public use and maintained by a municipality, an off-highway vehicle club, a recreational association or a commercial undertaking, is constructed in accordance with the regulations;
(3)  the planking between the rails of every level crossing is laid and maintained in accordance with the regulations;
(4)  construction work effected on a permanent structure which carries the guideway above the road is carried out in accordance with the regulations and that the structure is properly maintained.
