81. Every person who believes he has been wronged by a reviewed decision may contest the decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 60 days of notification.

81. Every person who believes he has been wronged by a reviewed decision may appeal therefrom to the Commission des affaires sociales within the period and according to the procedure provided for in the Act respecting the Commission des affaires sociales (chapter C-34).
