381. (Repealed).

381. Letters patent and supplementary letters patent issued under this Act shall be registered by the Inspector General pursuant to section 2 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).
Sections 2.2, 2.3 and 2.5 of the Companies Act apply to the registration.
