314. The Minister shall table the Authority’s report on the state of the affairs of companies in Québec in the National Assembly within 30 days of its receipt or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.

314. The Minister shall table the Agency’s report on the state of the affairs of companies in Québec in the National Assembly within 30 days of its receipt or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.

314. The Minister shall on or before 30 June each year table a report of the Inspector General in the National Assembly on the state of affairs of the companies in Québec. If the National Assembly is not sitting at the fixed date, the report shall be tabled within 15 days from the beginning of the next session or resumption.
