252. The motion must be filed at the secretariat of the Tribunal within 30 days of notification of the contested decision to the applicant.

252. An appeal shall be brought before a judge of the Court of Québec in the district where the head office of the company is situated in Québec or, if the head office is situated outside Québec, before a judge of the Court of Québec where the principal place of business of the company is situated in Québec.
