207. No Québec company may invest in shares, bonds or other debt securities an amount in excess of 25% of its assets consolidated with the assets of its subsidiaries other than a subsidiary whose business consists in offering shares in an investment portfolio or in dealing in securities.
In computing the amount, no account shall be taken of securities contemplated in paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 203 or securities determined by regulation of the Government.
