196. A deposit of five hundred dollars or less, from the conversion, under this Act, of shares that would otherwise be a deposit guaranteed by the Régie de l’assurance-dépôts du Québec, is guaranteed even if the document evidencing the liability of the company is not a document within the meaning of the document referred to in paragraph b of section 2 of the General Regulations made under the Deposit Insurance Act (chapter A-26).
