163. Part I of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) applies to the federation, with the necessary modifications and subject to this Act, except sections 3 to 30, 34, 34.1, 37 to 43, 45 to 76, 78 to 82, 84, 86, paragraphs a and b of subsection 2 of section 91, sections 93 to 96, paragraphs j and k of subsection 3 of section 98, sections 102 and 103, paragraphs d and e of subsection 1 and subsection 2 of section 104 and sections 122 and 123.0.1.
