137. If no auditor is appointed by the annual general meeting, the Autorité des marchés financiers shall appoint an auditor and fix the salary to be paid to him by the company.

137. If no auditor is appointed by the annual general meeting, the Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier shall appoint an auditor and fix the salary to be paid to him by the company.
