133. Within three months after the end of its fiscal year, the company shall prepare and send to the Autorité des marchés financiers and the federation a statement of its financial condition.
The statement must supply such information, be accompanied with such documents and be in such form and of such tenor as the Autorité des marchés financiers may determine.
The statement shall be signed, in the name of the board of directors, by two of its members.

The statement must supply such information, be accompanied with such documents and be in such form and of such tenor as the Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier may determine.
The statement shall be signed, in the name of the board of directors, by two of its members.
