248. The Commission shall reimburse to the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec the sums disbursed for the purposes of Chapter VIII.

248. The Commission has for the purposes of section 247 all the powers and duties vested in it by the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) for the determination and collection of contributions and the management of the funds thus collected.
