243.2. (Repealed).

243.2. Failure to serve the notice of offence shall not be invoked against the prosecutor and it is not necessary to allege or prove that it was served.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no offender who, at the appearance, admits his guilt and then proves that the notice of offence was not served upon him, shall be sentenced to pay a higher amount than he would have been required to pay pursuant to the notice.
