176.10. Where the review office does not hold a hearing, it shall examine and decide the application for review according to the record.

176.1. A review office shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and dispose of every application for review made pursuant to section 358 of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) or to section 37.1 or 191.1.
