1. In this Act, unless the context indicates a different meaning, the following terms mean:
(a)  “Canadian Minister” : the Minister of Regional Industrial Expansion of Canada;
(b)  “Québec Minister” : the Minister of Economic and Regional Development and Research;
(c)  “Société” : the Société du parc industriel et portuaire Québec-Sud constituted by section 2.
