46. Proceedings taken on the instructions of the Attorney General shall be taken:
(a)  by any person whom the Attorney General authorizes, generally or specially, in writing to that effect, and the information shall bear such person’s signature;
(b)  by any member of the Sûreté du Québec whom the Director General authorizes, generally or specially, in writing to that effect, and the information shall bear such member’s signature;
(c)  by any member of a police force or of a detachment of such force whom the Attorney General and the Minister of Public Security jointly authorize, generally or specially, in writing to that effect, and the information shall bear such member’s signature.
The filing of an information shall make proof of the signature of the person authorized to lay it, unless the contrary be established.
