35.2. The board may, instead of cancelling a permit or instead of or in addition to suspending it or instead of or in addition to imposing a monetary administrative penalty for a failure to comply referred to in subparagraph 1, 4, 6 or 9 of the first paragraph of section 35, order the permit holder to take the necessary corrective measures within the time it fixes.
