33. A permit holder shall keep up-to-date any register, book or other document prescribed by regulation, and shall, in the prescribed cases and within the prescribed time limits, send them to the board.
In addition, in accordance with section 100 of the Act respecting offences relating to alcoholic beverages (chapter I-8.1), the holder of a distiller’s permit shall keep up to date the annual register provided for in that section.

33. A permit holder shall, in accordance with the regulation, keep up-to-date any register, book or other document indicated therein.
He shall send to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, in accordance with the regulation and within the time indicated therein, any register, book or other document indicated by regulation.

33. A holder of a small-scale production permit or an industrial permit shall forward to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Technology, on such dates and in such manner as the latter may fix,
(1)  a return on all his sales for delivery inside and outside Québec, specifying therein the volume and gross amount of such sales;
(2)  a return on purchases of raw materials;
(3)  a return on inventories;
(4)  his audited and unconsolidated annual financial statements.
The Minister may cause the books of the holder to be examined or otherwise assure himself of the accuracy of the returns.

33. A strong cider maker’s permit entitles the holder to make strong cider and keep, sell and deliver the products he makes to the Corporation or to any person authorized to sell strong cider under a permit held by that person.
Such permit also entitles the maker to sell or deliver strong cider if he ships such cider outside Québec.
