18. The Company may, with the approval of the Government, ship the wood derived from the public domain to points outside Québec if it appears contrary to the general interest to dispose of it otherwise. Every order in council passed under this paragraph must be laid before the National Assembly, if it is in session, within fifteen days after it is passed, or if not, within fifteen days of the next session.
