19.1. The functions of a regional committee established under paragraph a of section 11, are

(a)  to establish the regional programming for the region it represents;

(b)  to provide for the production of programmes for that region;

(c)  to attend to the management of the human and material resources assigned to the programming and production of programmes for that region.

In addition, the regional committee shall exercise any other function the board of directors of the corporation may assign to it.

It shall exercise its functions in conformity with the regulations of the corporation.
