23. The moneys paid to the Société and those obtained under sections 21 and 22 must be used exclusively for the administration of the Société and this Act.

23. The moneys paid to the Régie and those obtained under sections 21 and 22 must be used exclusively for the administration of the Régie and this Act.

23. The moneys required for the carrying out of this act shall be taken, until the date of implementation of the plan, out of the amounts obtained under sections 21 and 22 and, from such date, the amounts put at the disposal of the Régie, and those obtained under the said sections 21 and 22 must be used exclusively for the administration of the Régie and this act.

23. The moneys required for the carrying out of this act shall be taken out of the amounts obtained under sections 21 and 22 and out of the amounts collected for the purposes of this act, which shall be remitted to the Régie with the interest and penalties relating thereto, after deducting the reimbursements and taking into account the adjustments arising out of agreements and the collection costs determined by the Gouvernement.
