7. The Société may not grant financial assistance without the authorization of
(1)  the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy, as regards infrastructure projects relating to drinking water and waste water and infrastructure projects having an economic, urban or regional impact; and
(2)  the Minister of Transport, as regards infrastructure projects relating to public transit and local roads.
