19. (Repealed).

19. A vacancy on the board of directors is filled in accordance with the rules of appointment to the board.
Non-attendance at a number of meetings of the board of directors determined by the Board’s internal by-laws constitutes a vacancy in the cases and circumstances specified in the by-laws.

19. The members of the board of directors shall be indemnified for their expenses in attending sittings of the board of directors and, except in the case of the president and the officers of the Government or one of its bodies, shall receive an attendance allowance fixed by the Government.
