64. An employee who becomes a Member of the National Assembly before a pension or deferred pension is granted to the employee is entitled to such pension for the years and parts of a year of service credited to the employee under this plan if they have not been transferred to another pension plan, if the employee acquires entitlement to a retirement pension as a Member of the National Assembly and if the employee repays all contributions refunded to the employee.
Where the Member became a Member before 1 January 1992, the pension shall be payable from the time the employee begins to receive the retirement pension acquired as a Member of the National Assembly.
