12. The pensionable salary of an employee who is released for union activities is the salary paid to the employee by their employer and, where such is the case, any salary paid to the employee by the Syndicat des agents de la paix en services correctionnels du Québec.

The Syndicat des agents de la paix en services correctionnels du Québec shall pay the employer’s contribution in respect of that employee.
