R-8.2 - Act respecting the process of negotiation of the collective agreements in the public and parapublic sectors

70. In the education sector, in respect of the support staff and in respect of the non-teaching professional staff of the school service centres and school boards, the parties may, once the collective agreement is in force, agree on local or regional arrangements in view of the implementation or replacement of a clause of the collective agreement negotiated and agreed at the national level on a matter provided for in Schedule B and that is applicable, as the case may be, to the school service centre, to the school board or to the college.
In addition to what is provided for in the first paragraph, the parties to a collective agreement may also negotiate and agree such arrangements to the extent that a clause negotiated and agreed at the national level provides therefor.
