R-8.02 - Act respecting the Régie du gaz naturel

Disposition versions
77. A controller appointed under the Act respecting the Régie de l’électricité et du gaz (chapter R-6) becomes a commissioner of the Régie du gaz naturel.
He shall remain in office until the expiry of his term.
