7.2. (Repealed).

7.2. The members of the board of directors, other than the president and chief executive officer, shall not be remunerated except in such cases, on such conditions and to such extent as the Government may determine.
They are however entitled to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.
