30. The sums put at the disposal of the Board and the sums obtained by it under section 27 must be used exclusively for the payment of its obligations and the administration of this Act and the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29).

30. The sums made available to the Board and those which it obtains under sections 27 and 28 must be used only for the payment of its obligations and the administration of this act and of the Health Insurance Act, and the balance, if any, during one fiscal year shall be carried forward for the same purposes to the next fiscal year.
