27. The Minister of Justice shall continually carry on the work necessary to consolidate, on the date and in the form determined by the Government, the regulations of a general and permanent nature and those of a local or provisional nature and in current use that he may designate.

The Minister may also proceed with administrative codifications of all or part of the regulations.

27. From the termination of the work contemplated in section 24, the Commission shall continuously carry on the work necessary to again consolidate the regulations on the date and in the form determined by the Government.

The Commission may also proceed with administrative codifications of all or part of the regulations.

27. After completing its work, the Commission shall keep the regulations in force continually up to date.
