From 1 July 1986, any reference to section 17, in particular in the repeal schedules, shall be read as a reference to the first paragraph of section 9.
17. From the coming into force of the Revised Statutes, any statute or provision of a statute listed as repealed in a schedule shall be considered repealed to the extent indicated therein.
