25. A vacancy on the board of directors, except for the position of president and chief executive officer, must be filled in accordance with the rules of appointment to the board.
Absence from the number of board meetings determined by by-law of Retraite Québec constitutes a vacancy in the cases and circumstances indicated in the by-law.
