42. The rate schedule established by the Authority under section 25 of the Act respecting the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (chapter A-33.3) may only include the REM’s shared transportation services if an agreement entered into under section 88.10 of the Transport Act (chapter T-12) or under section 39 so allows.
