80. The council of arbitration established pursuant to section 41 of the Act respecting manpower vocational training and qualification (chapter F-5) shall be entrusted, on the application of any interested person, with the hearing and settlement of jurisdictional disputes relating to the practice of any trade or occupation.

80. (1)  The board is entrusted with the application of any regulation respecting the training and vocational qualifications of construction employees.
The Minister may grant subsidies to the board for the purposes of this section.
(2)  Any regulation made by the board under section 78 or 80 shall be submitted to Government approval.
(3)  The council of arbitration established under section 41 of the Act respecting manpower vocational training and qualification (chapter F-5) shall be entrusted with the settlement of jurisdictional disputes relating to the practice of any trade or common employment and to hear and dispose of the appeal of any person who believes he has been wronged by the application of any act or regulation relating to manpower vocational training and qualification in the construction industry.
