35. (Repealed).

35. The clerk of the Court shall, within eight days from the decision on the appeal, send a copy of it, by registered mail, to the Minister and to the person concerned.
A decision of the Court on an appeal is a final judgment of the Court of Québec within the meaning of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25).
