25. (Repealed).

25. Every holder of a permit must, each year, furnish the president with the financial statements prescribed by regulation, audited by a chartered accountant, in the form prescribed by regulation.
Such statements must be furnished within three months following the end of the fiscal period or, failing a fiscal period, not later than 31 March of the following year.
Such statements must be accompanied with the information prescribed by regulation.
