38. The records and other documents of the Ministère des Institutions financières et Coopératives become the records and documents of the Inspector General, except where the Government decides otherwise.

38. The records and other documents of the Ministère des Institutions financières et Coopératives become the records and documents of the Inspector General, except where the Government decides otherwise.
Notwithstanding the time limit fixed by section 2 of the Photographic Proof of Documents Act (chapter P-22), the Inspector General may destroy all records and documents sent to him as soon as they are reproduced.
