16. The Minister may enter into an agreement with a government department or body in order to facilitate the exercise of the enterprise registrar’s functions.
The Minister may, in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions and with the authorization of the Government, enter into an agreement with a department or body of another government in order to facilitate the exercise of the enterprise registrar’s function.

16. The enterprise registrar may, according to law and with the authorization of the Government, enter into an agreement with any government or agency in order to further the discharge of his duties.
The Government may, by regulation, determine the agreements or categories of agreements for which authorization is not required.
