85. Any person who hinders or attempts to hinder in any way a person doing anything that he is authorized to do by section 84 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not more than $500.

85. Any person who hinders or attempts to hinder in any way a person doing anything that he is authorized to do by section 84 is guilty of an offence and liable, upon summary prosecution, to a fine not exceeding $500, in addition to payment of the costs.
