89.3. No pension, except that granted to the spouse and children, or deferred annuity may be paid except in accordance with section 89.4 or 89.5, as the case may be, if the pensioner 65 years of age or over holds pensionable employment under the Teachers Pension Plan, the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1) or the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, unless the rules provided in sections 89 to 100, 102 and 103 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel or, as the case may be, in sections 60 to 70, 72 and 73 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10) and in section 61 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11) apply.
